A structured planning workshop with 3 participating companies (group
format, confidential and professional).
Participants will be guided through a 6-Step Financial Planning

Establish revenue, margin, cost efficiency, and cash stability targets.

& Action Priorities
Prioritise initiatives with clear resource and implementation considerations.
6. Translate Plans into
Financial Forecasts & Monitoring Structure
Convert strategies into operational budgets and investment allocations; define
tracking mechanisms.
Outcome: Each company leaves with a clear strategic direction, key financial targets, prioritised initiatives and a framework to monitor progress.
